When an entity or resident applies to the Board of Zoning or the Board of Zoning Adjustment, an ANC is requested to review all applications. As an ANC, we hold great weight with the Board of Zoning and Board of Zoning Adjustment. ANC 2E we can decide if we want to enter into an agreement with the applicant with a set of conditions or oppose the application.
