I am currently a student at Georgetown University studying Government and Philosophy. I am originally from Long Island, New York, but I now reside in Georgetown’s Southwest Quad.
My main issue areas include relationship management between the University and community, promoting pedestrian and cyclist accessibility through Georgetown, and future university development.

Joe Massaua is the elected student commissioner for 2E04. He has family all throughout the DMV and will graduate from Georgetown in May 2025.
Studying counterterrorism in the SFS, Massaua is looking forward to urban planning work. He views the success of students and small businesses as crucial to his service.
Three issues of note to Massaua are:
Saving the Foundry Branch Trolley Trestle;
Fostering relationships between the Corp and local vendors;
Ensuring public safety on the University’s campus.
